Every T&S runs a full 8" wheel on a variable-speed DC motor. The bigger wheel spreads heat that a standard 5-3/4" wheel concentrates, which means fewer burned cutters and a finer finish. Each one ships on its own stand, wheel included, ready to grind.

Designed from the ground up for square-ground chain. It is CNC-machined and rides on precision linear rods and bearings, with an adjustable stop on every axis, so left and right cutters come off the wheel the same without forcing the machine into position. Grinds rakers with the chain still on.
